Individual Counselling/ Therapy
I help adults who want to understand themselves better, or who are having a difficult time coping due to anxiety, depression, stress, anger, traumatic experience, or who are going through a difficult life transition.
I help them to gain insights, reduce their symptoms, cope more effectively, and either work towards changes, or towards feeling better about their current situation. I offer compassion, insight, clinical techniques and kindness.

Child and Teen Counselling/Therapy
I offer support and clinical therapy to help children, teens and their families to overcome anxiety, stress, depression, self-harming behavior, trauma and help ease them through difficult life transitions.
I help kids and teens understand themselves better and offer them insights and coping tools . We then work on changes they feel ready to make in order to ease their way through life.
Support and Coaching to Parents
I offer parenting support and counselling to help parents learn new ways to communicate and resolve conflict with their children and teens. We work on skills and techniques that are evidence based and effective. There are often things parents can do to help ease the symptoms of anxiety or depression.

Behavioural Addiction Assessment and Treatment
Behavioural addictions include Gambling, Shopping, Sex, Food, Pornography, Exercise, Video gaming, and Online usage. As there are other sources for treatment of gambling and food, my counselling practice focuses on the others. In particular, there is a growing acknowledgement that gaming disorder is a real problem.
Without, shame, blame or judgment, I help Teens and Adults to understand themselves better and work toward their goals. I use standardized assessment tools and methods to assess for addiction. Sometimes, these behaviours are just overuse, and often there are other reasons behind it that we can uncover together. We work together on understanding why there is overuse, and then form some strategies to help create a more balanced life.
